DELIVERY
Acerdent shall use reasonable endeavours to despatch goods by the date
stated on the contract, usually within 48 hours, but does not accept
liability for failure to deliver within the stated time where this is
caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays
caused by delivery companies. If a delay is likely, Acerdent shall contact
the customer and advise of the delay. If, for some reason, Acerdent
is unable to deliver the goods within a reasonable time frame as agreed
by the customer, the Customer will, as its sole remedy, be entitled
to cancel the order and require any monies paid to Acerdent in respect
of that order to be refunded. To cancel an order, the Customer must
send written notice of cancellation to Acerdent before delivery of the
goods.
Acerdent does not accept liability for shortages or

or damage in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. Customers are required to be able to accept the goods when they are
ready for delivery within Normal Working Hours.

Customer.

in full by Acerdent.
If the Customer cannot accept delivery, Acerdent will re-arrange delivery
provided that Acerdent may charge the Customer for the additional delivery
costs incurred.
If goods are sold and delivered to the Customer in

of our search, which may be seen by other organisations that make searches.
When you place your first order under a new online account, the credit
check process we carry out may cause a slight delay to your order, depending
on the information and credit status that we receive back from the credit
reference agency.
